All-Out Fishing Charters is a full service fishing charter business operating out of the Weeki Wachee/Hernando Beach area of Hernando County Florida. Hernando County is located on the West Central Florida Gulf Coast, in a region known as the "Nature Coast".
The business is owned and operated by me, Capt. Rob Libengood. I offer inshore guided fishing charters, night "gigging" charters, dive charters, and scallop trips during scallop season (July1-Sept.10).
I will make every effort to make your charter a memorable one.
My Boat (See "My Boat" page) can comfortably accomodate up to 3 anglers with enough space to stow a small bag with gear.
